Our aim

To make available to British gardeners the opportunity to grow this exciting, new, high yielding, easy to grow, Red Yakon variety recently bred in Europe.

How to eat Yakon simply

No need to cook, just peel and slice Yakon into a bowl of salad leaves to add a truly sweet, crispy but low calorie experience.

Cut into chip shapes and use along with carrot and celery sticks in dips for parties.
