Terms and Conditions

Our Red Yakon variety (Fiorella) to be supplied under this contract is exclusively marketed by The Yakon Company and is protected by plant breeder's rights granted under EC Regulation 2100/94, the Plant Varieties and Seeds Act 1964 and/or the Plant Varieties Act 1997.

Your attention is drawn to the special conditions incorporated into this contract which restrict the rights of the customer with regard to the sale of material for replanting. The special conditions will continue to affect material and its progeny for the lifetime of the Plant Breeders Rights which run to 3rd June 2038. After initial delivery you are reminded of the need to comply with the terms of the special conditions at all times.

By ticking the box I acknowledge and agree to abide by the special conditions dealing with the on-going restrictions on the customers rights in respect to the sale of material (and its progeny) of Yakon variety Fiorella for replanting.
